Customers can browse through 1,500 square feet of space in a contemporary Hawaiian ambience as part of the Academy's new Luce Pavilion Complex . . . and can now order online!

Whether adding to your personal collection or sending a gift to a friend or loved one, we pack each order in-house with utmost care.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit cards on this site. Your order will be forwarded to the sales staff who will contact you via phone or email to complete your order.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All proceeds from your purchases support programs and exhibitions at the Honolulu Academy of Arts.

The Academy Shop hours coincide with museum hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Sunday 1:00-5:00 p.m.

You may visit The Academy Shop anytime without paying admission to the museum.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders are filled upon order confirmation and receipt of payment. If any items are backordered or are unavailable, you will be notified.

We accept the following methods of payment: personal checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and JCB credit cards. Personal checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please make checks payable to The Academy Shop.

Orders may be placed via phone, fax, mail or online.

To Order By Phone: Please call our telephone numbers listed above, and our friendly and knowledgable staff will assist you with your order.

Ordering Online: Complete the online Checkout Form. Please be sure to include your email address and mailing address. Please note: Your credit card will not be processed on our website. Your order will be E-mailed to us and our staff will contact you to confirm your order and request payment information via phone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping charges are listed by individual item. When ordering multiple items, the shipping amount will be less than the sum of the individual shipping fees (i.e. items will be combined to save on shipping costs).

Domestic orders are shipped via insured Priority Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

If you are shipping internationally, or if special shipping needs are required, please contact us by phone, email, or the printed order form. International orders are shipped via Air Mail or Surface Parcel Post. You will be notified of the shipping date, and the method and cost of shipping and insurance.

MEMBER DISCOUNT
Current members of the Honolulu Academy of Arts receive a 10% discount on merchandise (except on sale priced items) when they present their Membership Card at the counter or place their order by telephone. Please have your membership information on hand when you call. You can reach the Academy Shop at our toll free number during the hours listed below, Hawaii Time (GMT -10:00):

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be redeemed at The Academy Shop within two years of purchase. Please call or email The Academy Shop to purchase a gift certificate.

RETURNS
Returned merchandise will be accepted for full refund within 30 days of receipt. When returning merchandise, please package items carefully. To receive your refund, include your name, address, phone number, original sales receipt, and credit card number (if used with your original order). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise must be returned to The Academy Shop in its original condition.

ONLINE SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Any information you submit to us when you make online purchases with The Academy Shop will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling and shipping your order.
